Everyone needs to wear full gi (if you are wearing a t-shirt under your gi jacket, it must be ECKA or plain white) and remember no jewellery!

• All white belts and above need full sparring equipment (including groin guards for males and chest guards for females over 13)

• Arrival times as follows:
  Beginners taking red belt - 9:30am
  Current red belts talking white belt - 11am
  Current white belts taking yellow belt and current yellow belts taking orange belt - 12 noon
  Current orange belts taking green belt and current green belts taking purple belt - 1pm
  Current purple belts taking blue belt and current blue belts taking brown belt - 2pm
