Everyone needs to wear full gi (if you are wearing a t-shirt under your gi jacket, it must be ECKA or plain white) and remember no jewellery!
All white belts and above need full ECKA sparring equipment (including groin guards for males and chest guards for females over 13)
Please park considerably and not obstructing the vets or local residents, the Church or Mosque are a short walk away and have plenty of space.
Arrival times as follows:
9:30am : Beginners taking red belt (we will warm this group up)
11:00am : Current red belts talking white belt
Noon : Current white belts taking yellow belt
1:00pm : Current yellow belts taking orange belt
2:00pm : Current orange belts taking green belt
3:00pm : Current green belts taking purple belt, current purple belts taking blue belt and current blue belts taking brown belt.
